Short Summary:

Witness statement: On April 12, 1995, at approximately 9:40 p.m., I was working the late shift at a facility for people with disabilities. The building is located about 2 km outside the town of Eberswalde in a small wooded area. It is very quiet there in the evenings. It was already dark when a brightly lit object appeared in the sky. We had a full moon, and the object was about the size of the full moon. It was hexagonal in shape and shimmered yellow/green. It remained motionless in the sky for about 2 minutes. Three other colleagues besides myself saw it. I retrieved the facility's video camera from the staff room (the footage lasted about 2 minutes). I then filmed the object, which was located at a considerable distance. It flew silently to the right, over the city lights. It blinked and, in our opinion, rotated. Suddenly, it became brighter and faster before it switched off and disappeared. One of my colleagues had already told me a few days earlier that she had seen a hexagonal object in the sky. Also in the evening at 9:30 pm and on April 6, 1995, while walking her dog. She was present at the sighting on April 12 and described the same sequence of events.
